Welcome to Tidy Theory. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and seamless experience for both our clients and our cleaning teams.

1. The Tidy Theory Guarantee

We take pride in our "Theory" of systematic cleaning. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of your appointment. We will send a team back to re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost to you. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we are committed to making it right.

2. Booking & Pricing

Flat-Rate Pricing: Our pricing is based on the information provided by you (number of bedrooms/bathrooms). If the condition of the property is significantly different than described, we reserve the right to adjust the price or the scope of work after a walkthrough.

Payment: Payment is processed securely via our booking platform with final payment processed upon completion of work.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value our cleaners' time. To manage our schedules fairly:

Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of $50 AUD to compensate our team for lost time.
Lock-outs: If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we will attempt to contact you for 15 minutes. If access is still not possible, a lock-out fee may apply.

4. Safety & Access

Access: Please ensure we have clear instructions on how to enter the property (e.g., key location, gate codes, or someone present to let us in).
Safety: For the safety of our cleaners, we do not move heavy furniture (over 15kg) or clean biohazardous materials (including animal waste).

Pets: We love pets! However, please ensure they are secured or comfortable with strangers in the home to ensure the safety of both the pet and our team.

5. Damages & Liability

Tidy Theory is fully insured.

Reported Damage: While we treat your home with the utmost care, accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

High-Value Items: Our team is fully police-checked and character referenced. However, we ask that you secure or put away any highly sentimental or high-value items (e.g., jewelry, small antiques) prior to the service.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. We only use your personal information to process your booking and communicate regarding your service. We will never sell your data to third parties.
